This one is definitely for the gore hounds out there! ZOMBIE CULT MASSACRE is one of the best zombie movies we've seen. Director Jeff Dunn goes for the jugular, the heart and the intestines in this all out gorefest that brings a smile to our crimson lips. The box art screams "WARNING! CONTAINS OFFENSE MATERIAL", and it ain't lying! Excuse us as we wipe the red...uh..."sauce"...from our face... ZOMBIE CULT MASSACRE opens with a blast from the past as a young Marvin is whipped into shape by an overbearing drunkard father. Flash forward to the present as Marvin and Sally are on their way to Grandma's House, but are sidetracked to a Cult Compound when they plow down one of the living dead. Unfortunately for Marvin, he is bitten by one of the creatures and ends up in the hands of the freakish Zombie Cult's doctor, Lenny. Marvin is doped up by the corpse loving doctor and becomes one of the Cult's fanatics himself. He eventually challenges the leader, Jeffrey for the rulership of the Cult. Sally and a biker, Roach, escape the Cult's confines and return to Roach's biker gang. When he relays his tale to his fellow bikers about the crazy Cult, they vow to return at daybreak for one hell of a battle. Evil and mayhem run amuck when the Zombie Cult and the biker gang rage war in what is prophesied to be Armageddon! Then add the mix of the zombies as they shamble their way into the compound for a feast of flesh. Blood, gore, grue and gross madness run rampant as even The Devil wants to get some of this action! Production Notes Wow! Blood, gore, grue and great acting too! Jeff Dunn and company have put together a zombie movie that is unlike any other. This is an apocalyptic bloodbath of nightmarish proportions! ZOMBIE CULT MASSACRE was shot with a variety of formats and edited together complete with visual effects, CGI graphics, and a killer soundtrack to boot! It is evident of the hardwork and effort that makes this movie stand out. The special effects were helmed by Jim Vanbeber and Dave Molly. Enough cannot be said about how gruesome and effective the red stuff does flow! Beautifully orchestrated and nauseating, you name it and it is in here! This is by far one of the bloodiest gorefests that we've seen. Great performances by the entire cast with special kudos to Michael Botouchis, Bob Elkins, Lonzo Jones and Lani Ford. ZOMBIE CULT MASSACRE is a massive and powerful production led by Jeff Dunn and is a must see for all gore and zombie fanatics! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
