THE VAULT

THE VAULT swings open from director James Black and writers Douglas Snauffner and Carl Washington JR! Another excellent production between Full Moon Pictures (under the Big City Pictures label) and Tempe Entertainment with J.R. Bookwalter and Chuck Williams at the production helm! Nicely done and excellent story with a freaky voodoo man from the past! Strap yourself to the wall and don't scream too loud as we open THE VAULT!

A lone angry young man is wrecking havoc on an old school with his spray paint can! The building won't be around for much longer as it is scheduled for demolition, so what will his single act of vandalism hurt? The night security guard sees this a bit differently and doesn't want him around. He is warned to leave now, but he doesn't listen all too well. There is a sound from the basement of the school and he decides to check it out!

Now alone, in the dark in a decrepit old school tells us only one thing! Run like hell especially if some freaky noise is pounding from the basement! BUT our friend here goes on down to investigate and discovers a vault behind a boarded up wall! He wants to open the door, but the security is sworn to keep it sealed at any cost, including our little vandal. A few bangs on the head and there is no need to worry about this guy unlocking any doors anymore.

A group of students are heading for the old school to gather any records and history before it is demolished. Before it was a school, it was a processing center for slaves and unspeakable atrocities occured behind its walls. Now as a school it functioned as one of the best before the neighborhood went downhill.

There is an ancient terror awaiting the right combination of people to unlock its doors and our group of students prove to be that bunch! Locked away for over a hundred years an ancient voodoo priest sits and waits for those who will unknowingly set him free, and thinking the security guard has some secret stash down below, they open the vault and release the priest!

He needs their souls to become all powerful and live once again, but he does face opposition in a weird sort of way. The old security holds the key to stopping the beast, but he cannot do it alone. The remaining students must help put it back into the vault or perish one of the priest's victims!

One by one they fall victim to the evil and their faces take form on a mural in the school lobby! When the mural is full, the evil can go free into the world and be unstoppable. The only way to stop him may be self-sacrificing at the very least and together they band to end his escape and try to seal up the vault so no one will ever open it again! That is of course if they can do this before he takes them down!

PRODUCTION NOTES

Excellent job! Nice directing debut by Tempe friend JAMES BLACK! Bravo!! Excellent set-ups and transitions and great camera moves! The vault is a freaky place!

This is another collaborative effort between Full Moon Pictures and Tempe Entertainment headed up by producers J.R. Bookwalter and Chuck Williams! Keep it up! So far these efforts have been absolutely rocking!!

Tempe favorites David Barton's Modus EFX, David Lange and Ariauna Albright are all onboard as well to really make an outstanding feature come together and live!

We have to mention one scene in particular that we are pretty sure David Lange pulled off. This is a wild shot where a guy gets his head sliced in half by a pane of glass! You have to see it to believe and this scene gets a strong round of applause! Excellent job!

That goes to everyone! We are extremely excited to be seeing these titles rolling out!! Keep it going strong!!

Check out THE VAULT!!
