By submitting your "work" to be posted on the website, you are affirming that the "work" is yours and that you have the right to post the material without infringement upon any copyright or rights whatsoever.

The "work" shall not "flame" or damage in anyway any person, entity or other "work".

THRAE.com, the company, and all affiliate persons or entities cannot be held responsible for any situations (if they occur) that may arise as a result of the "work" you submitted.

We will work to resolve any issues we can up to, and including, removal of your "work" from the website.

By entering this agreement you give THRAE.com the right to post your work only on the website indefinitely, or until we remove it. We can move your "work" to any page and under any heading we feel necessary at any time. We cannot publish your "work" in any other format or website without your written permission.

We are under no obligation to accept or post your "work".

PRIVACY STATEMENT
THRAE.com in no way, shape or form will sell or provide your e-mail address to an outside party. However, we cannot protect against the "lifting" of email addresses from the message board or classified ad sections. THRAE.com does not permit nor support SPAM or bulk e-mail from it's server mail program. The only email you should recieve from THRAE.com is the newsletter, special updates or direct correspondence.

REVIEWS
THRAE.com welcomes moviemakers to submit a press kit and screening copy of their movie(DVD) to:

THRAE.com will screen and post a review of your movie in the E-Zine with any materials you supply (that you want to see), as well as provide a link to your site (or affiliate you choose) where a visitor can obtain more information about you, your production company, your work, and possibly have the opportunity to purchase your movie.

We cannot post trailers or any moving images whatsoever. Only still photographs can be posted (ones of your choosing or approval).

All applicable copyrights remain with the owner of the submitted work.

THRAE.com receives no cash compensation, commissions, or royalties of any kind. This is to help promote yourself and your work.

We are under no obligation to accept or post a review of your work. We can remove the review at anytime we choose for any reason whatsoever.

Materials will not be returned.
